Thanks so much for enquiring about a Private Paint Along or Painting Activity. Art makes for a memorable event for families, teams and corporate events.
When considering an event, the most important thing is the DATE. If you have three dates for me to consider, that would be wonderful. A premium applies to after-hours and weekend events. I no longer do hens parties or children’s parties.
The second thing to consider is the size of your group. Even if you have approximate numbers, that will guide me to know whether I need an assistant or three to manage the activity and the crowd.
The third thing is the concept. I can offer watercolour, acrylic and drawing events, based on previous projects, or I can tailor-make an art activity to your needs.
I have listed a few examples of previous projects below, to give you some ideas and ballpark prices.
This session includes a welcome, a warmup introducing everyone to the concept of watercolour, then step-by-step guidance to finish the painting together.
Everyone receives their own take-home kit which includes:
- Full colour instructions
- Pentel Aquash Water Brush
- Accordion-fold watercolour paper ‘sketchbook’
- Artist Quality Coloured Pencil
- Palette of watercolour paints (that can be used again)
- Blotting paper
We only need tables and chairs for this one, and working flat on the table encourages conversation and conviviality.
$45 per person per kit (to keep) + $220 for 2 hours facilitation by Anna
+ travel from Toowoomba if required.
This project can also be facilitated via Zoom.
CIRCLE MURAL for Groups
This is good if you have a bit more time, and can have a break in the middle of the session.
It especially suits large groups wanting an artwork for the workspace or family home, as everyone can get as involved as much as they are comfortable with. Music can be played and food served simultaneously.
This project can be done on a 1 x 3m unstretched canvas, or on multiple stretched canvases, pushed up together and painted as one, then pulled apart again.
Price depends on group size and finished artwork size.
